Jackson Punzel is joining us as the Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach and Head Wrestling Coach. He holds a Bachelors in Business and Economics and a Masters in Leadership from Wheaton College. He was an NCAA All American and has two coaching licenses in CrossFit. Outside of work, he enjoys making and listening to music, lifting weights, playing board games, playing with his dog, and hanging with friends and family.
