Meet Amy Hofland, the arts leader proving that creativity and compassion can shape an entire city.🌆
As Senior Director of the CrowMuseum of Asian Art, Amy creates spaces where global cultures, mindfulness, and community come together. And this fall, that work continues in the classroom at UT Dallas, where she teaches “Understanding Art” to students in the Hobson Wildenthal Honors College.
For Amy, leadership is about staying curious, making space for wonder and believing in possibilities bigger than yourself.
Her advice for the next generation?
✨ Explore museums of all sizes and learn from every experience.
✨ Be in the room and immerse yourself in the arts.
✨ Take the time to write the thank-you note.
✨ Make space for silence, reflection, and clarity.
And that’s just the beginning of her story.
