Sinbad Voyage, a prominent mural in central Berkeley on the corner of Dwight Way and Sacramento Street, was vandalized with a paint-like substance last week. White splatters now deface some of the mural’s 400 immigrant figures aboard boats, painted by Bay Area artist Mokhtar Paki in 2023.
