Former UFC middleweight contender Reinier De Ridder made a successful UFC light heavyweight debut last night after defeating Roman Dolidze in round 1 on the main card at UFC Sacramento. De Ridder admits there were some very hard times dealing with health issues and two straight losses at middleweight and now feels 100% rejuvenated and at home in the 205 division.
