🦩💗 THIS is what caught our attention and ultimately brought us to Aruba for our birthday summer family vacation! 🌴☀️✈️ When I first saw photos of the famous flamingos at Renaissance Island, I knew we had to experience it for ourselves. And it was totally worth it and absolutely lived up to our expectations! 🥰🦩 We specifically stayed at Renaissance Wind Creek Aruba Resort because staying at the resort gives you access to Renaissance Island, with a complimentary water taxi that runs about every 15 minutes. 🚤🌊 The island is exclusively available to resort guests. There are two main beaches: Flamingo Beach, which is adults-only (kids are allowed from 9-10am) and Iguana Beach, which is family-friendly. 🏝️👨‍👩‍👧‍👧 And here’s something I learned quickly… the flamingos don’t exactly follow the rules! 😂🦩 They roam around, so while there were definitely fewer flamingos here than we saw at De Palm Island, we still ended up having the most incredible interaction with them.
