#TRAFFIC: A serious crash has closed a portion of a major West Valley freeway early Tuesday morning. Troopers have shut down the southbound lanes of the Loop 101 Agua Fria, and traffic is being taken off at Bell Road. There is no estimated time to reopen the southbound lanes.
