Halloween came early for a hundred or so of the city’s pugs on Saturday. The costumed, collared critters — and their proud humans — swarmed the Portland Saturday Market for the second annual PUGapalooza. The packed event included live music, a pet-photo booth, raffles and, most important of all, a blockbuster-movie-themed pug beauty pageant.
