How to create wet outlines? Here’s how: First, separate the outline layer from the color layer. Then duplicate the outline onto a different track. Add a Blur effect to the bottom outline layer and change the color of the lines. I prefer violet or dark red. If you want to give it a more vintage look, use some effects in CapCut. Import your video and find these effects: Leak 2 and Film Frame. You can also add a filter to make the colors a bit more faded. I use ’80s Hong Kong. That’s it!
