Led by The #NotoriousBIG. and introducing a wider audience to future stars like #LilKim and 3LilCease, the album debuted at No. 8 on the Billboard 200 and reached No. 2 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart, selling 69,000 copies in its first week. Conspiracy was powered by three standout singles: “Player’s Anthem,” “I Need You Tonight” and “Get Money”, with “Get Money” becoming one of the group’s signature records. By December 1995, the album was certified Gold by the RIAA for 500,000 units sold in the U.S. Three decades later, Conspiracy remains a memorable piece of ’90s Brooklyn hip-hop history.
