Then there are updates like this that truly bring tears to our eyes. 🧡 #HappyinHome Meet Tripp, short for Triple Threat and previously named Star-Lord. This incredible pup, a little over a year old, arrived in our care October 2023. We partnered with SCRAPS after he was found as a stray with a fractured hind leg. We knew the road ahead wouldn't be easy, but we knew Tripp was special and deserved a second chance. After two surgeries to repair his leg, our veterinary team made the difficult decision to amputate. From October through January, Tripp recovered, healed, and shared his outgoing personality with his foster family. Since his adoption in January 2024, Tripp has been surrounded by love. His family shares that all he wants is to be close to his people. He's a lover boy who enjoys walks, snuggles, and sunbathing. Best of all, he doesn't even realize that he's missing a leg.
