REVIEW no6 🤍 | Aberdeen Restaurant Week Aberdeen… you’ve been GATEKEEPING this one from me! 👀😂 I can’t believe I had never been to Rendezvous by Nageli before, because WOW… this was easily one of our favourite meals so far! 🇹🇷✨ For £35 per person as part of Aberdeen Restaurant Week, we enjoyed a huge selection of Turkish dishes, including cold & hot meze, mains and a dessert plate. The cold meze included hummus, shakshuka, tzatziki, chicken with mixed peppers and tuna with artichoke & coriander. The shakshuka and tuna were my personal favourites! 🤤 Then came the hot meze — chicken wings with yoghurt sauce, spinach & feta filo, grilled Turkish sausage and calamari with chilli mayo. For mains, we tried the beef kofte kebab, stuffed aubergine, oven-baked hake and the chicken Iskender… which was basically a Turkish-style lasagne with layers of pide, chicken, yoghurt and tomato & herb sauce. SO good! And of course, we finished with baklava, trilece and homemade Turkish delights...
