We hope you get the grades you were aiming for and feel excited about your next steps. Maths often gets the spotlight as a key subject and if you’re heading into a career that relies heavily on it (like accountancy), it’s definitely important.
But here’s the thing… a lower grade doesn’t mean you’re done with numbers for life. Even if accountancy isn’t on your radar, it’s never too early to learn how to manage your money wisely. Who knows? You could be a future business owner or entrepreneur and strong financial decision-making is a skill worth having. Schools don’t always go deep into personal finance, but there’s no shortage of great books to help you take control of your money (and your future). A couple of our favourites:
