Two people were rescued from the cab of a semi that crashed on an Interstate 71 overpass and was dangling from the top of a bridge, according to Cincinnati Fire Department Assistant Chief Matt Flagler.
First responders were called to Martin Luther King Jr. Drive around 5 p.m. on Aug. 30. The driver and a second occupant were pulled from the cab using harnesses and were hospitalized, Flagler said. Their injuries were not life-threatening.
Several roads in the area are were closed overnight but most reopened before the Monday morning commute, Cincinnati police told Fox19.
