Camilo Doval is a powerful right-handed reliever who debuted with the San Francisco Giants in 2021. From 2021–2025, he appeared in 275 games for San Francisco, posting a 3.29 ERA, 26 wins, 18 losses, 107 saves, and 332 strikeouts. His best season came in 2023, when he was an All-Star and tied for the NL lead with 39 saves. Doval was traded to the New York Yankees on July 31, 2025, but struggled to maintain his previous consistency. He finished 2025 with a 3.58 ERA and 16 saves, then posted a 4.54 ERA in 44 appearances in 2026. On August 1, 2026, the Yankees traded him to the Pittsburgh Pirates. Despite his recent struggles, Doval remains intriguing because of his elite velocity and past success.
