Paravicini's Italian Bistro was named Colorado's best Italian restaurant. Located in Colorado Springs, Paravicini's is owned by Franco Pisani, an Italian chef who grew up watching his mother cook in the family bakery. Pisani opened Paravicini's in 2003. Pisani has a "culinary style rooted in family tradition and a passion for authentic Italian cuisine."
The menu features classic pasta dishes like spaghetti and meatballs but is also known for its seafood pasta, which includes shrimp scampi risotto and Seafood Fra Diavolo.
