People often look only at lap times, but wind direction and weather can play a huge role. Especially at an exposed circuit like Pannonia-Ring. On Day 1, the morning conditions were perfect: cooler air, better grip, and a more predictable bike. By the afternoon, the temperature and wind direction had changed. Braking stability, corner entry, acceleration and top speed all felt different. Same rider, same R6, same track but completely different conditions.
