The 21-year-old singer known as #D4vd, who was charged in the grisly stabbing death of 14-year-old #CelesteRivasHernandez, returned to a Los Angeles courtroom Monday, Aug. 31, for his arraignment, where he told a judge he wants to be represented by public defenders.
