Swapping out panties is nasty work‼️🤢 Police are searching for more possible victims after a 52-year-old Timothy Patten, a Gatineau handyman was accused of stealing women’s underwear from homes across Ottawa and Gatineau. Police say the accused mainly offered handyman services to women, giving him access to their homes. Some later reported their underwear missing while finding unfamiliar underwear that did not belong to them.
