Alaska is WARM right now. We’ve had reports of rain on the course, and the rivers are thawing fast. Our final athletes made it past the Tatina/Kuskokwim confluence outside of Rohn in the nick of time: the ice is changing quickly now, and may not be long for the world unless cold temperatures return in the near future. Thankfully it’s looking to be a bit colder for our 1000 mile athletes as they reach the Yukon River and eventually the coast, where the Iditarod Trail crosses the Norton Sound on sea ice. #ITIAlaska #itialaska2025 #WinterUltra
