A few souvenirs from yesterday’s visit to Fair Oaks Pharmacy & Soda Fountain have already found a home at Cow Missing! I’m enjoying some coffee in my beautiful new Fair Oaks mug while working on the Cow Missing archive—with a few of yesterday’s other finds nearby, including a talking E.T. figure, a Back to the Future hoverboard collectible and a Fair Oaks cap. Yesterday’s visit truly felt like taking a step back in time. From the wonderful nostalgic atmosphere and historic soda fountain to that amazing Coca-Cola sundae, this South Pasadena landmark was such a fun place to explore.
