Inner knee pain that comes out of nowhere. Usually it's not the knee at all.
ㅤ
When your foot arch flattens and your glute medius, the muscle on the outside of your hip, stops firing, your knee often gets pulled inward under load. That inward drift (valgus) can be part of what irritates the inside of the joint. One of the most common patterns behind inner-knee pain, bodies differ, but this chain shows up constantly.
ㅤ
The fix works foot to hip, not just the knee:
1. Banded lateral walks, band above the knees, quarter squat, knees pressed out
2. Wall Sit hold, band anchored low, shin vertical, 30-45 sec
