How To Do Chair Dips With Bent Knees | Correct Technique
Key technique points:
• Grab a stool, a bench, or a chair, whatever you have at home that is around knee height, and start by sitting on it
• Grab it from the side, or place your hands beside your hips, then move your legs a little bit in front of you with the knees bent
• Lower yourself down to a 90 degree position and then push yourself up, and as long as you are not touching your butt to the chair it is fine
• Keep the elbows close to your body when going down so they are not flaring out, and know that bringing the legs further forward stretches the chest more
Chair Dips With Bent Knees are a beginner friendly pushing exercise that targets the triceps, front deltoids, and chest using nothing more than a sturdy chair, bench, or stool.
