How To Do Box Walks | Correct Technique
Key technique points:
• Start in a high plank with your feet on the box and full body tension, so core engaged, glutes tensed and legs tensed as well
• Walk your hands all the way in to an L shape, so the hip is above the shoulders and the shoulders are above the hands
• Then walk back down the same way you came in
• If it feels too hard, bend your knees or place your feet on something lower, which gives you less pressure in your hands
Box Walks are a shoulder loading progression where you walk your hands into an inverted L shape with your feet elevated, training the front deltoids, serratus anterior, upper traps, and core.
