How To Do Bodyweight Rows | Correct Technique
Key technique points:
• Find a straight bar or a dip bar at around hip height
• Grab it a little bit wider than your shoulders with the thumbs around the bar, then bring your legs forward and bend them
• Push your hip up and stay in that position the whole time, also when you are pulling, never let the hips sag down, and keep the tension from the knees to the shoulders
• Pull towards underneath your chest with the elbows about 45 degrees from the body, which is a more neutral and more comfortable way to pull, then lower back down
Bodyweight Rows train the lats, the mid back, and the biceps, while the glutes and core hold the body in one straight line from the knees to the shoulders.
