Two of my favorite things about this little group. 1: We don’t do the same things. NOT EVEN CLOSE. Kendra loves to host mid term stays. Ashley thrives in development. Erika kills it with fix and flips and I prefer long term multifamily rentals. Each of us has found a niche in this industry and use it to our advantage. THERE ISN’T ONE WAY TO BE SUCCESSFUL! Don’t feel like you have to mimic any one person to make it! Pick and choose from what you see and find the pieces that align with your values and with your lifestyle. Two. Our day to day is RADICALLY different in every sense of the word. I mean our days are different from each other and our Wednesdays are different from our Fridays.
