Rescue operations continue in Nepal after deadly, devastating floods along the border with China. As of this morning, the number killed now stands at more than 500. Another 1,300 people are still missing, including 65 Americans. You’re looking at new video out of northern Nepal that shows a daunting rescue at a hydropower plant. This is in the Rasuwa district — one of the areas hardest hit by the flooding. The Nepali army sent troops to save people stuck inside a tunnel at this power plant. You can see army personnel crawling through thick mud to pull the survivors out... And then carry them down a steep slope. At one point, Nepali state media reported at least 60 employees were missing at a power plant that was under construction.
