It is with profound sadness that the Phoenix Fire Department mourns the passing of Captain Cort Asbury, a 35-year veteran of the Phoenix Fire Department. Captain Asbury dedicated more than three decades to serving our department and our community with professionalism, commitment and an unwavering dedication to those around him. His loss is deeply felt by the #PHXFire family, especially his crew, colleagues and all those who had the privilege of knowing and serving alongside him. Rest easy, Captain Asbury.
