A police officer outside Philadelphia is being charged with voluntary manslaughter, after fatally shooting 22-year-old Glenwood Pysher who knocked on the wrong door while searching for a friend’s home last month. Police Corporal Sean Farrell initially told officers that Pysher had charged at him, “yelling and screaming,” but Farrell’s body cam video shows the college student with his hands raised. #philadelphia #police
