We’re proud to announce the BSO and its musicians have reached a new, three-year collective bargaining agreement! 

The contract marks the most financially ambitious contract in more than a decade, with an increase of minimum musician pay by 12%. 
 The agreement also incorporates revised audition and tenure review processes that have the potential to become a new standard in the industry. 
The BSO is deeply grateful to our musicians for embracing important CBA changes that position the Orchestra to expand audiences and strengthen revenue. This ensures the BSO remains a cultural cornerstone for generations to come. 🎶
