Particularly over the summer, I’m always reminded just how international our client base at Flow has become. We have patients travelling all over the world, as well as people coming to see us while they’re in London. It means our work often extends beyond the treatment room: staying in touch while people are away, video consultations, adapting rehabilitation around travel and connecting with the clinicians, trainers and healthcare teams involved in their care. Over time, we’ve built relationships with clinicians in many of the places our patients regularly travel to, which helps us keep their care connected wherever they happen to be.
