Well… the cat’s out of the bag. 🙈 I’m SO INCREDIBLY excited to finally announce that I’ll be competing on Season 9 of @masterchefcda as the youngest of 16 home cooks from across the country. 🇨🇦🧑‍🍳 For those of you who know me, you’ll know I’ve been obsessed with the MasterChef franchise since I was a literal baby. I’d stay up until 3 a.m. during the summer, streaming the latest episodes of @masterchefau, completely enamoured by the contestants’ passion for food and hoping that one day, maybe, just maybe, I’d get to be there too. My Nani used to be a chef, so food has always played a huge role in my life. As a confused third-culture kid who has lived across Kuwait, Canada, and Australia, with roots in India and East Africa, food has always been a way for me to ground myself and connect with my heritage.
