3 months ago I had surgery to repair my Lisfranc ligament. Screw through 2 bones, ligament repair over the top, 3 incisions, the works. Fast forward and Doctor of Physical Therapy, Guillermo Paiz, & Wired Neuromuscular Performance have me jumping around again! (On cushioned surfaces and with some support, but jumping is jumping!) I can’t recommend these guys highly enough.
