How well do you actually know your own body? It sounds like a simple question. But after more than 30 years working in this field, I can tell you that most women were never taught nearly enough about their own sexual anatomy, how pleasure actually works, or how their bodies change with hormones, childbirth, perimenopause, menopause and aging.
