Four Spelman students spent the summer gaining hands-on experience at L’Oréal USA. Alexandra Dixon, C’2027, and Milaya Phillip, C’2026, explored product research and development, while Anakhu Heru, C’2027, and Chandler Walker, C’2027, contributed to marketing initiatives. Throughout the 11-week program, they led projects, learned from mentors and shared work with senior leadership, bringing Spelman excellence to the global beauty industry. #spelmansummer
