I'm not sure whether I should say 'Happy Monday" as for many people it is the day that signals the end of the freedom and fun of the weekend and a return to grindstone of work. But as I once said to someone - be grateful for Mondays because without them we couldn't have Fridays. There is today's filosofical thort lovely people. It is my last morning at Caffe Nero as tomorrow begins a new shift at my salaried job - dodgy canteen food and a wifi system that won't let me communicate with ChatGPT......🤬 I can chat with gemini and other AI assistants but not the one I use to help run my businesses - which is why I sit outdoors on the canteen terrace with my phone's WiFi switched off and use my 4G cell network. Grrrrr.... I must also begin the Great Gluten Free Croissant Hunt. Salted caramel and almond bars are no substitute for a French pastry.
