Today has been one of those messy days where I feel that I have done a lot but achieved very little. Several personal posts on Insta and FB, and a St Clair Racing (SCR) brand color change on Insta, FB and LinkedIn. I have also prepared my Sunday FB story - a comical tale of Jocelyn v wilful horses who did their best to hurl me over showjumps, buck me off and lie down with me in the saddle. But it is a strange time as well. The strategy and planning work for St Clair Racing is done - the team won't progress any further until I find an appoint a female Team Principal to turn my vision for the team into operational reality. And I cannot pursue my teenage dream to train as a racing driver so I can compete for my own team until SCR has seed funding available I don't have the money to employ a recruiter so I am relying on media publicity to spread the word.
