OFF COURSE 🤖🏔️: Three novice climbers used AI, YouTube and AllTrails to plan an ascent of California’s Mount Shasta, relying on AI to determine what food to pack and how much food and water they would need. During the descent, their navigation phone died, the backup battery failed and the group wandered far off route into the remote Mud Creek Canyon.
