WHY DO YOU STRUGGLE TO DIVE STRAIGHT? 🎯🌊 At the beginning of the dive, several forces are working against you. ⬆️ Buoyancy Near the surface, buoyancy is still pushing you upward while you’re trying to go down. 🦵 Uneven kicking If one leg is stronger than the other, your body can rotate or drift off the line. ↪️ Elbows out An elbow outside the streamline creates extra drag on one side.
