Kai contacted me months ago because his work keeps him in a remote area, with almost no access to regular depth training.
So we built the foundation differently:

Then he flew to France.
This was his first-ever FIM session.
No real depth warm-up.
Still discovering the technique.
Almost 4 minutes underwater.
There is still a lot to refine technically:
๐น Better pull efficiency
๐น Longer and cleaner glide phases
๐น Less unnecessary tension
๐น Improved body position
๐น Better coordination between movement, relaxation and equalization
๐น More economical ascent
But the most important thing was already there: comfort, control and a strong base to build on.
