Kicking off an incredibly successful first day, the Women’s Team Sprint (emmafinucane_ lowri.thomas_ rhian.edmunds ) clinched Gold after cycling a Games Record time TWICE, the Tandem B Time Trial (james_ball_91 ball bigrothers ) secured Silver, and the Team Pursuit (__annamorris jessroberts99 megbarker97 ciaraoliva3) won a Bronze medal 🥇🥈🥉 ava_lloyd_ ran a PB in the Women’s Mile on the penultimate day of Athletics and we saw: 🏐 Netball play their final pool match, ⚫️ More Bowls action 🏋🏻 And the final session of Weightlifting #MyWalesMyWorld #FyNgwladFyMyd
