Learning to notice patterns in communication and behavior can help you become more socially aware. Pay attention to consistency, not just individual moments. Someone congratulating you, helping you, getting angry, sharing gossip, or behaving unusually doesn’t automatically reveal their true intentions. Context, history, and repeated behavior matter.
