The Crop Art exhibition at the Minnesota State Fair knocks it out of the park this year! The submissions reflects the times we’re living in here in Minnesota and the overwhelming theme of the work submitted this year is how Minnesotans responded during Operation Metro Surge. You’ll see resistance, courage, community, struggle, sorrow, rage and beauty reflected in these works that highlight what Minnesotans did in support of our neighbors and in resistance to ICE in the Winter of 2026. In addition, there are pieces that showcase women’s sports, support of the Boundary Waters, re-create Minnesota icons, and are inspired by well-known artwork.
