🌿✨ Finding lost memories from the early days of Herbs on the Hill… I recently found three old photographs I hadn’t seen in decades. 📸 One was of our first big workshop — a converted cow barn outside Bath, where we made everything by hand. Another was our shop in The Corridor, Bath, with my granny behind the counter chatting to Sue. ❤️ It took me straight back to 1996, when my mum lent me £400 to buy ingredients and we’d pile into my friend Viv’s little VW, packed to the roof with products, boxes and branches, heading off to Corn Street Market in Bristol. ✨ Within that first year we’d gone from one little market stall to selling in Bristol, Oxford, Cardiff and Camden — then opening shops in Bath, Brighton and London. Then Frankincense Cream took off, the mail orders started pouring in… and somehow that little £400 beginning became Herbs on the Hill.
