#ExerciseOfTheWeek is Ball Bounces!
This fun and playful exercise is a great way to engage your core and multifidi. You will just need to sit on an exercise ball at a 90-degree angle at your hip and knees while sitting tall. Then you gently bounce!
This exercise can be done as long as you would like but we recommend a minimum of a couple minutes at a time.
