Music has a way of bringing people together, even after the final whistle. 🫱🏽‍🫲🏼 After Friday night’s matchup between the Tafuna Warriors 🇦🇸and Liberty High School in Henderson, Nevada, both teams came together, holding hands in a large circle as the Tafuna Warriors sang the Fijian 🇫🇯 hymn “Noqu Masu,” meaning “This Is My Prayer.” Before the hymn began, you could hear the crowd singing “Ua Fa’afetai,” meaning “Thank You.” The harmony is commonly sung at the end of gatherings, events, and official functions as a way to thank hosts, honor achievements, or share a grateful farewell. Despite Tafuna falling to Liberty 42-0, the night ended with a powerful moment of unity, faith & respect between both teams. 🙌🏽🔥 🎥 via @tairihann_ #tafuna #liberty #amerikasamoa #pasifika #lasvegas
