This was one of the coolest experiences ever I want one in Ottawa!! The sauna had high tempo music, everyone was sitting but encouraged to move to the music if they wanted (while staying seated), then you did a minute of cold plunge. There were three cold plunge bath options which was nice. Everyone got easier and by the end I couldn’t wipe the smile off my face! So fun. #belgium #momvlog #travelvlog #coldplunge #sauna
