18-Year-Old Kent Man Arrested Over Deadly Chelan Hills Fire That Destroyed 19 Homes🚨🔥 An 18-year-old Kent man has been arrested in connection with the deadly Chelan Hills Fire that erupted near Orondo on July 4. Douglas County Sheriff’s Office detectives arrested Michael Yakimov in Kent on Sept. 2 after developing probable cause in the investigation. Authorities say the fire killed 69-year-old Robert Lister and destroyed at least 19 homes. Yakimov was booked into the Chelan County Regional Justice Center on charges including first-degree manslaughter, first-degree arson, first-degree malicious mischief and six counts of third-degree assault.
