Happy back to school eve! I’m so excited to get back to the fields this week! In celebration, I thought I’d share an old picture of the reason I found myself leaning into this photography business in the first place. I always loved photography - it was my favorite class in HS and I had a dark room in my basement. I took a few classes in college but then life got in the way and I put away my film camera. When my boys started playing sports I knew I couldn’t settle for point and shoot photos - plus I was a terrible sideline parent. So I picked up a DSLR and have been practicing ever since. Thanks to these now grown up little guys for keeping my dreams alive and pushing me to learn something new every day.
