Earlier this summer, I went to Yellowstone with some of my fav wildlife photographer friends for a girls’ trip centered around one thing… wildlife (obviously).
So, for National Wildlife Day, I thought I’d share a few photos from that adventure. Yellowstone is one of my favorite national parks and, every time I visit, I’m reminded just how cool North American wildlife is.
Although I’ve spent the last few years prioritizing chasing wildlife around the world, Yellowstone is a pretty great reminder of the incredible wildlife that lives right in my own backyard.
Also, I’ve been getting asked a lot what’s in my photography bag, so here’s what I brought along for this trip:
Cameras: sonyalpha A7R IV & A7R V
Lenses: sonyalpha 24-70mm f/2.8 GM II, 70-200mm f/2.8 GM II, and 200-600mm G
Optics: bushnell_outdoors A5 binoculars
Tripod: peakdesign Carbon Fiber Travel Tripod
Backpack: thinktankphoto MindShift 26L
Slide 1 & 9: wildlifebybec
