🧬 PNC-27: A Fascinating Area of Preclinical Cancer Research PNC-27 is an experimental 32-amino-acid peptide derived in part from the p53 tumor-suppressor protein. In published preclinical research, investigators have reported that PNC-27 can interact with HDM-2 associated with the membranes of certain cancer cells. This interaction has been associated experimentally with membrane-pore formation, membrane disruption and cancer-cell death.
